Rev Jesse Jacckson's Mother Dies at 91

The mother of Civil Right Activist, Reverend Jesse Jackson, Helen Burns Jackson dies at age 91. In a twitter message made available by the revered Activist, he wrote, ''My loving mother ... has made her transition to be with God."...
  He also posted along picture above of the two of them in their Sunday best. Many spoke glowingly about this wonderful woman. One is not surprise as her son, the Reverend Jackson is also manifesting wonders and selfless acts.

For instance, Greenville County Councilwoman Xanthene Norris, 86, who has known the family for decades , said she and Burns both belonged to Springfield Baptist Church.
"She was a very talented young lady. She had a beautiful voice," Norris told NBC News, adding that Burns was also "very smart academically."

In the same vein, Rev Jackson stated that his mother's greatest passion was in helping people. In his words, "That's mostly what I remember about Mother is some people would call and say, 'I need my hair to be dressed, but I don't have any money.' She would say, 'come on anyhow,'" he said.
