In many cultures and climes, humanity has
been fascinated by the biblical story of global flood that destroyed the world
and only a family that hearkened to God, the family of Noah survived the flood
and destruction with a home-made ark. The issue of the last point of stoppage
of the ark has been shrouded in hazy facts for many persons. However, biblical
accounts, scientific evidence and historical reports point to Mount Ararat in
Eastern Turkey as its last port of stoppage.
Finding Noah is a new feature documentary
that chronicles the dangerous expeditions by archaeologists to help unravel
this mystery. Speaking on the documentary, Brent Baum, the director and
producer opines thus, Noah’s Ark is one of history’s greatest mysteries, and it
is an object of great historical, cultural and spiritual significance.’’ He
speaks further, there was so much evidence leading to Mount Ararat, it seemed
irresponsible not to look for it there. Filming the search for Noah’s Ark has
become one of the amazing adventures of my life’ he concludes.
‘Finding Noah’ will be shown in October 8,
2015 and will be available in major channels like digital streaming/ platforms,
DVDs, church events etc.
